Error with Docker

Dear sir, I got errors when building the docker with command docker build -t hififace:latent .:

Step 1/16 : ARG BASE_IMAGE=pytorch/pytorch:1.7.1-cuda11.0-cudnn8-devel
Step 2/16 : FROM $BASE_IMAGE
Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup registry-1.docker.io: Temporary failure in name resolution
