Despite that I do not think I get the scope of this PR . We parse the rst files that changed and then you comment the file paths ?
What's the reason for that . I guess you want to post the whole URL links in order to be efficient .

@shaon72 - This PR produces the list with the files changes (which are also available via GitHub), but doesn't populate the links in the PR summary. Are you interested in updating this PR to include link population?
