[Bug]: No Window in Mac #2803
Comments
@lifeofguenter I can't reproduce this myself, but I have seen other reports of this. I'm still not sure what's causing it. Is there a crash message? Do you have any kind of window management software? Is there another machine you can reproduce this on? Is the window hidden at all? |
Unfortunately I do not know how to reproduce. I had to uninstall app and re-install from AppStore. So seems like some local file within the .app got damaged/changed/bricked? No hidden window via “show all windows”. |
@lifeofguenter Is it fixed now that you've reinstalled? |
*I have isolated the issue to be related to external monitor. I have my own app that is having the issue but also I am not able to reproduce it. |
Is this still an issue for anyone on v5.9? |
I'm seeing the same issue with 5.10.1 on my M2 Max MBP running Sequoia 15.2 (I've seen it under previous releases as well). I have multiple monitors and MM was on my non-primary monitor. If I reboot the Mac I can usually get the window back... I don't know what steps to take to reliably reproduce it, but it happens fairly regularly. |
