can you help me with .xdc files?

hi. I am trying to use this code in vivado, but I got some errors saying sth about I/O ports.
I found out that I have to put constraints files, but I can't find where to put the names.
These are .xdc lines I need to use. I want to use your uart tx and rx code. How can I do that?
