Add Additional Resources list in News content type #274

Currently there is no way to add downloadable file in News content beside using the direct insert link function.

I would like to have a Additional Resource section that you could find on some other content types (e.g. Information Detail).

Recently we need to add some foreign language files on a news page. It could be better if they could list under a resource list. Using an Additional Resources, we could use the "display links to documents in multiple languages" feature, but currently we couldn't.
