Have the option to auto expand contact information - Service pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many of our service pages have contact sections and it's just another click for someone to expand the contact info vs. having it automatically expanded for their viewing.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having the option for the contact section to auto expand, similar to the checkbox for flex link groups.
