Command / flag to detect on demand duplicate app installations / installations outside applications folders:

1. list --multiple
2. multiple

Show all paths for duplicate app ID installations in your applications folders.

1. list --outside
2. outside

Show all paths for app ID installations outside your applications folders.

Probably use flags because you might want to show multiple & outside in the same output. Could make --problems to include all problems, currently just --multiple & --outside, but possibly others in the future. Or combine multiple flags.

I use ~/Applications for some apps, so have frictionless support for that would be fantastic.
