[FR]: Automatically delete an article when opened in an external browser

Brief description of the feature request

My workflow at the moment is like this:

• Show all unread articles
• If interested, open article in my external browser for further reading
• Switch back to RSS Guard
• Delete the just opened article from the list
• Continue with all remaining articles (deleting the ones I'm not interested in)
• When all articles are deleted, go to my browser and read all opened articles there

I agree it would make only a small difference, but it'd still be nice, if there was an option to "Automatically delete an article when opened in an external browser" (and go to the next one in the list just as pressing the delete key does right now).
