Can RSS Guard add a feature to allow a feed to be added to multiple folders or effectively classified by multiple tags as Feedly does?

The folders in Feedly seems more like tags. A feed can be added to multiple folders, effectively allowing a feed to be classified as multiple categories or tagged by multiple tags/folders.

Depending on what I want to read, I can select different folders to read. A subscription can belong to multiple folders. For example 'JavaScript Weekly' can belong to both 'JavaScript' folder and 'Study' folder. Here is how it looks like in Feedly's https://feedly.com/i/organize interface:
