[FR]: Article filters -> add 'fetch now' there to test on NEW articles

Brief description of the feature request

In addition to "existing articles" tabs please add "live articles" tab to 'fetch now' new articles and test filters on them - that'd be far more useful than testing on existing (already filtered lol) articles,

because I've noticed that I had to add the feed from the scratch without any filters just to see what is wrong and why is it not getting any new articles through the filters and how articles would look like unfiltered, I think I had to do this like 30+ times for sure throughout my history of using RSSguard
