[BUG] UniGetUI asks for parse_pip_search on every launch #3116

UniGetUI Version

3.1.5

Windows version, edition, and architecture

Windows 11

Describe your issue

After upgrading to UniGetUI 3.1.5, I get a message about installing
python -m pip install parse_pip_search

If I choose to install it, then after I restart UniGetUI it still says it is missing and prompts me to install it again.

I tried also manually installing it in command prompt and also used --force-reinstall option, but UniGetUI still does not like it.

Duplicate of #3079.

You need to add the Python's "Scripts" folder to path

Thanks! I haven't seen #3079 because of the underscores vs dashes in parse_pip_search when searching.

I added C:\Users\Mihai\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python312\Scripts to my local user PATH variable and now it works. Maybe consider adding a hint in the error message?
