Docker image is not publicly readable

Describe the Bug
When following the tutorial here, I receive permission denied on pulling the docker image.

To Reproduce
Attempt to pull the docker image.

➜  ~ docker pull ghcr.io/markqvist/nomadnet:master
Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/markqvist/nomadnet/manifests/master": denied: denied

Expected Behavior
The image can be pulled.
