在运行 WebBench 测试后QPS很低，并且要重启服务器才能正常使用的问题 #86

在./webbench -c 10000 -t 10 http://127.0.0.1:1316/ 后, QPS很低

并且在浏览器中不能正常通过url访问服务器，必须要重启！！

我把参数改为5000，还可以，10000的时候，fork报错了
