Change Document Permission from DHCC

Hi team,

The DHCC nicely displays a Permissions box when displaying a detail view of a document. One of the things that may add value here is to be able to edit/add/delete permissions depending on what was defined on the Data Hub admin panel, this will probably require access to the list of roles and privileges defined in the system admin.

I think this might be really handy

PS : this also means changing permissions on an entire collection (?)
