Creating a test interpreter for RequestT would allow us to test without making real calls against Twilio.

Pros

  • Doesn't test the real API
  • Don't need to worry about leaking credentials
  • Easier to let Travis CI build and test other people's forks

Cons

  • Doesn't test the real API
  • Have to mock out the Response objects
  • Might mock something that doesn't match the true Response from Twilio
