Hello world, trying out this new GitHub feature to provide a bit of context for why I'm working on this project (and why I haven't responded to a some PRs and issues). When I first got in to AHK scripting, cweijan had just stopped developing AutoHotkey Plus (see this commit). He seems to have picked up again, which is great, and I'll definitely be merging changes from his repo and asking to collaborate with him.

I have a full-time job at Microsoft and this month is jam-packed. Expect more frequent updates in 2021, and please be patient if I am slow to respond. Feel free to ping me if I haven't responded in over a week. Due to some lazy configuration on my side, I was not getting notified on issues or PRs. I've updated the configs with a bug template, feature request template, and PR template.

You are all more than welcome to open PRs, review each other's PRs, and discuss anything unrelated here. This is my first time managing an open-source project, so feel free to send me project management tips if you know any. Let me know of any contribution questions you have as well, I want to make sure everyone can help.

I inherited this codebase a bit ago, and I have not gotten around to understanding it. I haven't written any VS Code extensions before, but I am well-versed in TypeScript and I've been using VS Code and npm for years. There are definitely design choices here that I wouldn't have made, and the documentation is lacking. Again, feel free to contribute documentation, refactors, whatever you like; I appreciate all the help.
