Add PWA not working

I tried to add my PWA via the + button to your app (used the following url: https://maracuja-juice.github.io/ultimate-tic-tac-react/manifest.json) but it is still not appearing.

Are there any requirements for what can be added? Or why is it not appearing in the list?

Not sure how recently you checked but the maintainer indicated on Twitter that the submission form is not automatic and requires manual approval.
