Best gnomAD reference to use

Hi, The main gnomAD v3.1.2 linked has incorrect chr #, such as 1,2,3, instead of chr1, chr2, chr3.

The FTP site also has gnomad v4.1 here:
https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/rapid-release/species/Homo_sapiens/GCA_009914755.4/ensembl/variation/2022_10/vcf/2024_07/

Which is the best recommended gnomAD reference to use for CHM13 v2? Is it actually the gnomad v4.1 version? If so, perhaps that should be the one linked from the main README page.
