Load Error on all previews

I have recently set up ManyFold however I am getting the below error on all models I upload.

I'm running manyfold on cosmos cloud and accessing it through Chrome.

That's... not right! A few things to check

• Are there any problems show on the models? (I can't see any icons, so I don't think so)
• Are there any errors shown in the browser JS console?
• If you open up a model, then a file within it, does it have dimension metadata in the side panel near the filename?

Ah, that's interesting,so it's a CORS error showing the models - I assume therefore that they download OK as well.

So - are you using HTTPS, and if so do you have the HTTPS_ONLY=enabled environment variable set?

I am using HTTPS but i don't have the HTTPS_Only variable set

Interesting; if you're happy that it will always be HTTPS, try setting HTTPS_ONLY=enabled and PUBLIC_HOSTNAME=... - that should hopefully make it work. I think there are a couple of odd bugs with those variables, I'm probably assuming they're there when they're not always.

I found the root cause of the issue. I had to configure the CORS policy on my S3 storage container.

Ah, good find! I will add something to the todo list to either do that configuration automatically, or warn about it.
