默认情况下：定义完所有元素（脚本最先执行），然后执行生命周期函数

但是 <gem-route> 有问题，因为内容是异步加载的，当渲染时，是一个新元素，需要找到以前的内容渲染
“水合”：需要绑定 render 内容到已经存在的内容
