Why in my training, not the same as Latent have the same generator pictures

Why in my training, Latent not same ,but have the same generator pictures？

im_size = 256
latent_size = 512
BATCH_SIZE = 4
cha = 24

It's called Mode collapse where the GAN generates same images(limited sample variety), despite different latent variables
