After installing your PHP file and then adding the lines of code to replace the native debug line, my wordpress site loads, but instead of loading the site, it loads your repo. Can you please advise on how to use your file without this happening?

Let us check, if you rename wp-triage.php to something else (while keeping the change in wp-config.php) then it loads your site? But when it loads the file it somehow shows content from this repository?
