Following the instructions in README.md, and whenever I export using Egg's All-In-One, it sends a "can't open file '<set>-files\img\37_<card_name>.png' (error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.)" error. It doesn't create the \img directory, nor does it export the card images.

We've seen this a couple of times. I believe it's tied to permissions creating the img directory, but we haven't found a fix. I'll keep you updated if we figure out what the issue is.
