Allinone exporter doesn't export card images

Following the instructions in README.md, and whenever I export using Egg's All-In-One, it sends a "can't open file '<set>-files\img\37_<card_name>.png' (error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.)" error. It doesn't create the \img directory, nor does it export the card images.

Fixed it by exporting once, manually making the folder, then exporting again.

We've seen this a couple of times. I believe it's tied to permissions creating the img directory, but we haven't found a fix. I'll keep you updated if we figure out what the issue is.
