Ignore SVG elements for Empty Node warnings #74

I think since SVG is graphical markup language, I would hazard a guess that most of the time the elements are "empty." Working with large SVGs can make all those warnings a pain to wander through. But DOM-Monster is still great for pointing out duplicate IDs on SVGs, so it should ignore them completely.
