Missing endpoint-url parameter for tail-sns and tail-sqs #116

Similarly to #23 there should be a parameter to pass an endpoint to tail-sns and tail-sqs commands. It's especially useful when using localstack for instance. See https://lobster1234.github.io/2017/04/05/working-with-localstack-command-line/ for some examples of use with the aws cli
