Hi Marko,

Something for you to fix in the 2nd edition: I'm reading the first edition, and in Chapter 1. Introducing Kubernetes you introduce culster and node suddenly without defining either:

Deploying applications through Kubernetes is always the same, whether your cluster contains only a couple of nodes or thousands of them.

I had to Google around to figure out what a cluster and node (probably) are. For the 2nd edition, could you define those terms in Chapter 1 before you use them?
