With SvelteKit approaching v1 it would be good to create an example.

I'm happy to help with this but wanted to reach out here in case someone already has this setup and working well in Kit with TypeScript.

I had trouble trying to setup UVU for a Sapper project in the past, particularly because I was using TypeScript.

Related: #49 and #85 but both seem to use JavaScript for the test / setup files instead of TypeScript.
