Steps to reproduce:

  1. run nvm install --lts to install the latest LTS version (v18.12.0 as of this writing) of Node.js
  2. run nvm install --lts again.

Output:

Installing latest LTS version.
v18.12.0 is already installed.
Now using node v18.12.0 (npm v8.19.2)
