Minimal Install only for Windows 11?

Does the minimal install section only work on Windows 11? I have not been able to get the "[boot] command" to work on Windows 10 and I read (at Microsoft WSL-config) that it only works with Windows 11. If it did work in the past, I'd like to know how so I could get it going that way again, and if not, I'll update the readme.

It works both for windows 10 and 11. I have been using it for a long time. If your wsl version is 0.67.6 and above, then wsl has native systemd support. For earlier versions, you have to use an older version of the script from the following commit because the latest commits do not work for minimal setup
