Communication Search doesn't show messages from some channels

Describe the bug

When using the search across all channels (Cmd+K), messages from channels in "General" do not show up.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Communication'.
2. Find a random message in one of the channels under "General".
3. Search for a word from that message in the Cmd+K search bar.
4. Verify that the message does not appear in the search results.

Expected behavior

Matching messages from all public channels that the user is a member of should appear in the search results.
