📝 Describe your problem

Hi, all, cause we have a grafana in production, so I want to integrate uptime kuma with it.

After I found some grafana dashboards( https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/?search=Uptime+Kuma), all of them using Prometheus as datasource.

So, I am confusing that, how can I add a prometheus connection in grafana, while in fact it's a uptime kuma?

Thanks!

Grafana doesn't store time series data.
Prometheus does that job and scrapes uptime kumas' metrics endpoint.

Please refer to our wiki how to configure Prometheus to scrape that endpoint.

@CommanderStorm what about Grafana Cloud support? Sending metrics to prometheus with api request?

If you want to use grafana cloud, please use the traditional agent setup, for exmaple Grafana Alloy instead.
We don't fit into their description of when to use the http api => Sending metrics via http api requests is not something that I want to support
