MTOM Attachment Documentation Missing

Attachment support was added to strong-soap in v1.21.0, but there is no documentation of this feature in README.md

# Expected result
Documentation/examples of using the attachment option.

It would be helpful if this feature was documented since as of right now it is not clear how this feature can/should be used.
