Ore either taking forever to respawn or only partially respawning

It has been at LEAST more than 2 in-game weeks and ores down in the mines have only partially respawned, anything from the small veins to the bigger clusters revealed by blasting; instead of being fully replenished these veins have respawned in strange clusters that don't follow the pattern they were originally mined in
