Bugs relating to crouching while pausing/loading

When loading a game while crouched (ie when in the prison vent systems) you start standing, causing some issues when in areas where being crouched is forced, the issue can also occur when pausing and unpausing (ive seen it work much more consistently when holding the crouch key.)

I also only managed this once, but when spamming crouch on a stairway in the prison vent systems, you can sometimes fall through the map, the same way the crouching can.

Ive found the most consistent way to recreate it is to make a save in a place where crouching is forced, save the game and load, which will cause the first bug, the second is easiest to do by pausing while holding control, waiting a second or two and unpausing.
