Journal Issue - Unable to Query Journal Table to Get WorkNotes #41
Description
All: I'm trying use the existing Journal table method in this library to query the work notes and comments for an existing incident ticket. I've tried many different combinations of formatting the query, but I always get no records back. Does this even work? I could not find any examples online in this documentation or elsewhere of someone using this Journal method, so I have no idea on how to use this. Can someone please assist?
