Feed will instantly jump down 10-20 posts randomly. Noticed only on Popular feed, however I have only browsed the Popular feed recently. Bug happens occasionally and not at every post/attempt to scroll.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Popular'.
2. Make multiple attempts to scroll.
3. See feed jump down.

Expectation is that posts will follow finger scrolling on screen, and not jump down 10-20 posts instantly, however occasionally.

GitHub didn't let me attach a screen recording of the issue.
