FR: Support Custom Drill Links (defined via measure link param) in histogram

We would like to be able to leverage custom drill/links defined in the lookml measure link params on the histogram viz while drilling into specific bins. It seems that at current the drill options defined in the modal when clicking on bins is something that is automatically generated by the viz and any drill link we define in the lookml, even if it is not dynamic, does not get surfaced.
