2-layered build from conbuilder

Hello and thanks for developing debspawn. I'm the author of https://salsa.debian.org/federico/conbuilder and I stopped developing it since debspawn is in Debian.
Would you consider adopting the 2-layered build described in the readme if it's useful? It could make starting builds significantly faster.
