I am doing research on the DDoS defence on the QUIC protocol.

I have questions:

Do you take actions to defending all attacks behavious which are described in the RFC9000?
How you mitigate the DDoS attacks during the handshake process? such as the reflection amplification attacks.
Can you please explain the handshake process code for me? explain the process and the function of each file.
