UI issue when opening mean.io from mobile phone

When I open website from mobile phone I get issues, check screenshot below:

This basically happens when you haven't defined the bootstrap gridding system in your web app(if using bootstrap). We basically have 3 types of grid-

1. Large-Laptop
   2-Medium-Tablets
   3-Small-Mobiles.
   So, for correct alignment on every screen you need to define all the 3 types of grids.
