This came up on Slack. Sometimes it's convenient to have a CLI command for pulling the trust anchor from the control plane. This seems to work:
kubectl -n linkerd get cm linkerd-identity-trust-roots -o=jsonpath='{.data.ca-bundle\.crt}'
