by always providing 4 datetimes for timespans, the precision can be conveyed to the consumer. In this example, they overlap completely across a year which should signify that only the year is really known.
a technique to convey "what" is being measured - in this case it's the measurement of "overall" as opposed to "framed", "unframed", etc.
I wonder how frequent this is in the data, but it raises the question of whether this data should be left out or explicitly included because it states that the media hasn't been determined as opposed to it being determined but isn't in the data?

theme, keyword and some other representational term types were selected for the visual work as opposed to being applied as classifications on the object itself.

TMS allows for a different name to be assigned in the context of an actor/object relationship such as this creation. Therefore, I've assigned a linguistic object for the creator description. Is there a better way of expressing this?

the timespan is the date when the transfer was executed rather than the entire span of ownership - is that correct?
carried_out_by includes the source and donor, and presumably other parties like lawyers. It seems redundant to include the former and current owners in this but presumably they should also be part of this? I have a whole explanation why donors, owners, and sources can all be different parties so we might need to ticket that issue and discuss?
