Default to Linked Art or Open?

Their issue would go away by either fixing the example code (which we should do regardless) to not use E31, or by defaulting the library to use any of the terms and not try to check the profile. I think we should leave it as profiled by default and better document how to turn it off.

Being able to link a custom vocab.tsv (with some default alternative) could be another one. Would it solve some hardcoded depedencies to the vocab too ? (the factory automatically calling Dimension and SymbolicObject)
