The ontology is to model the protein mutation.
There mutation has known, and the substitution mutation has been modeled.
Next, need to model the deletion mutation: EGFR(L747-E749del)/A750P.
Other examples, such as fusion protein BCR-ABL1 T315I. Is it a gatekeeper mutation? If so, how to map to the ABL1 75 gatekeeper position?
