Responsive site is broken if the width is between 767px and 831px #1180

Describe the bug
If you you go to any page for the main documentation of Lexicon, e.g. this link, and change the size to something where the width is between 960px and

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to this link
  2. Scroll down to the end of the page
  3. Press Ctrl/Cmd+F12 to bring up the developer tools
  4. In the upper-right corner, click on the Toggle device toolbar (Ctrl+Shift+M)
  5. Set the width to 766
  6. Assert that the site looks as expected
  7. Click on the up arrow or change the value to 767

✔️Expected behavior
The mobile view remains.
Actual behavior
The page design becomes broken.
