Move integration/scenario tests for protocol to this repo

Must combine tests from https://github.com/lidofinance/scripts and https://github.com/lidofinance/lido-dao repo.

Plan:

• Prepare GitHub action to run integration tests in the core CD/CI pipeline.
• Prepare GitHub action to run our integration tests in the scripts CD/CI pipeline.
• Move tests from scripts repo:

  • test_accounting.py ⇒ Accounting Oracle integration tests core#136
