Unable to publish aragon apps dependency #355

I am getting error Error HH303: Unrecognized task publish on running this command NETWORK_NAME=localhost yarn deploy:aragon-std-apps from Readme.md file.
I am using v1.0.0
And it seems that command to publish should be used for buidler but currently hardhat is pointed in deploy-aragon-std-apps.js.

Could you please help to fix this issue?
