BIOS files not recognised if uppercase #935

Not sure if this is a retroarch thing, or a beetle thing, but i was stuck for quite some time getting it to run because even though i have the correct bios files (checked the hash), they would not work unless i renamed the files to all lowercase. For example, I had to rename SCPH5500.BIN to scph5500.bin. Maybe this is expected bahaviour, but if so it might help it being a little clearer in the docs, because i think getting bios to work in retroarch is already something users seem to struggle with.
