libparrotgit.so should be installed somewhere that can be added to LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Telling people to manually copy it somewhere is no bueno :)

The setup file already tries to copy it to /usr/local/lib while running winxed setup.winxed install. Yes, I need to figure out something better.
