Link to GitHub not working #143

This extension looks super helpful. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get it working.

I've installed the plugin, and I tried to link it to my GitHub account. It's not connecting to GitHub, but I'm not seeing any errors. It says it's connected but not acting as I expect if it were.

I do see my "Repository" and "Branch" dropdowns in the App Script editor, but they're both empty. I don't see how to link my app script to a repo or create a new repo to store it.

I put in my username and a token in the extension options, and it says I'm logged in, but it doesn't seem to log me in. I tried using my password instead of the token, and that didn't help. I thought it might be because I have 2fa on my GitHub (though the token should still work), but I created a new GitHub account without 2fa, and it doesn't work with the token for that one either.

When I add the Github login info into the extension options, it looks the same whether I've typed in a real password or junk, saying I'm logged in as @Github.com. I would have expected setting the options to test the Github connection and only save it if the credentials are valid. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case.

I may be missing a step somewhere for being able to look at my repos, but if so, I'm not sure what it would be.

Thanks in advance!
